Magnum Storage – Saved £146,500 a 78% rates reduction
A former office block in Haverton Hill, Stockton on Tees extending to almost 54,000 sq ft was recently converted to provide self-storage solutions of all sizes.
The client had attempted to appeal their rates without success and after a recommendation gave us a call.
Using our experience and knowledge we amended and improved their initial application and represented them against the Valuation Office.

- New rateable value: £40,000
- Rateable value saving: £146,500

- Refunded: £54,196 in 2019/2020
