We were recently successful in achieving an 11%, or £27,500 business rates reduction taking the Rateable Value from £257,500 to £230,000 for our clients offices in Bracknell.
After previously acting on the companies behalf and achieving a positive outcome within a Rent Review, we were delighted to undertake an instruction to review their business rates for their office.
Using local market knowledge we were able to identify their Rateable Value as high. This reduction has resulted in a £34,000 business rates refund to date.
